Hi,
Episodic and long lasting verigo and associated
vomiting and other symptoms are common for Menier's disease.
Co-morbid conditions adds to it, like DM, HT,
TIA, Neck problem etc.General advise:
1. Avoid work that involves risk if you remain uncontrolled even for a whil like driving a vehicle, working with machines involving active human interference etc.
2. Always find a safe place where you can take rest in case you feel any aura(increase in ear noise, blockage or heaviness in ear, giddiness or imbalance or blackouts) or pure spinning.
3. If you ar old age take some support to hold you like walking stick etc.
4. Take salt restricted diet.
5. Pleanty of waters orally which may help like a diuretics.
6. Simply take Sweet lime juice in case you feel episodes if you are non-diabetics.

ENT specialist in case of emergeny or for more porper treatment.
