Feel Bump On Thyroid And Getting Bigger With Swelling. Is There Any Concerns?

Question: hi i concern what could this be on my thyroid right on the top of right side i use to fell some a little bump right on the thyroid so now is seems and feel biger i think i get more swelling is there any concerns? thank yoy
