Question: whenever I masturbate i feel like there is something inside my penis. n it pains sometimes. what could it be?

Inside there will be organs from where the ejaculate comes like urethra, seminal vesicles and the prostate.
Also, it is a pleasant sensation and if the ejaculation and urination are fine, there should be no worry.

I am having a doubt of having blood clot inside. any possibility of it?
If there is clot, then the urine speed will also be less.
