Question : When I stand up I get dizzy and my vision goes white and I get a chill down my spine can you help

Hello,
Sudden change in position may cause a sudden change in blood pressure causing postural hypotension.You need to get your blood pressure monitored.Also in some congenital cardiac diseases,similar symptoms may precede.You should get a cardiac check up if your blood pressure is found to be normal.
