Question: i have blood pressure today of 149 over 106 how bad is that i got very dizzy today from it

There are two parts of blood pressure. The one on the top is systolic and the bottom one is diastolic. You have systolic blood pressure of 149 while the diastolic is 106.
the systolic pressure is the pressure that comes from systemic vessels filling the heart which diastolic is the pressure that the heart pushes the blood in the vessels. your systolic pressure a bit high but not that much however you diastolic blood pressure is high which is not good and it shows the pressure on the heart.
Moreover the readings you have provided seems to be taken from digital blood pressure monitor which less reliable. It is recommended to manually check your blood pressure.
