Suggest Treatment For Diastolic Heart Failure
Question: I have Diastolic heart failure primary symptoms but my ECG & Stress ECHO was fine. What other tests can be done? I have extreme exercise intolerance.

To develop diastolic heart failure one should have at least second degree diastolic dysfunction and pulmonary hypertension signs on stress echo, but you should know that exercise intolerance may be caused by other conditions as well, such as obesity, lung disease, thyroid disease, electrolyte disturbances, etc.

Thanks but my lungs, thyroid and electrolytes are fine too and all blood work is fine. I get severe nausea, headache, breathlessness, dizziness after 5-10 min of exercise. Why is that?
