Question: hi, my face is pale and my head feels like its gonna explode my neck ande back are always hurting and whenever i wake up or thru out the day i get lightheaded

Thanks for the query.
I can understand your problem and try to solve this out.
The most likely causes for your symptoms of headache and lightheadedness at such a young age can be...
Stress and anxiety.
Overuse of alcohol or substance drugs
Anemia
Hypothyroidism
Low blood sugar levels
Loss of electrolytes due to dehydration by excessive heat,or exercises etc.
Lack of sleep or late night sleep.
You must consult your doctor and get the required investigations done to find out the cause and treatment.
Pending our visit to your doctor,you can do following..
Take plenty of water and electrolytes.
Take proper sleep
Do regular exercises,yoga and deep breathing exercises
Avoid alcohol and quit smoking
Take more of fresh fruits and green vegetables
Moderate your intake of tea and coffee.

thank you so much for your help, i am under a lot of stress right now so this could be why can i ask you one more thing how can u get rid of warts on a child foot

Hello,
Warts are caused by virus called as HPV virus and are very common in children.
Although most warts disappear of their own in few weeks time but sometimes they require treatment specially when occuring on soles of feet because of the associated pain.
Treatment involves...
Local application of salicylic acid contains wart remover solution
Cryosurgery by using liquid nitrogen
By using laser treatment.

Since application of liquid nitrogen is painful,doctors generally avoid using liquid nitrogen in children and opt for either wart removing paint or laser treatment.
