Feeling Pressure Below Stomach When Standing, Sitting And Walking. Vomiting Yellow Stuff. No Good Bowel. What To Do?
Thank you for the query.
Such symptoms can be caused by umbilical hernia which has stuck. There should be present some lump in the area of belly button. The pain should get worse while coughing, lifting heavy objects. You may try to press this area to find out if there is a lump out there.
Please also check if the pain is worse when releasing the hand pressure from this area. If yes, abdominal cavity inflammation is present.
Other possible reasons of your symptoms are gastrointestinal infection, gallstones, partial bowels obstruction due to inflammatory bowels disease.
In case of an infection, fever should be also present.
Bowels obstruction should give cramping, bloated abdomen, lack of gas.
I suggest you to visit your doctor right away. Abdominal ultrasound, abdominal X-ray and blood work should be done at first.
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
Please note that intestines are covered with "good" bacteria. This bacteria are extremely important for proper bowels function and protect intestines from the bad bacteria. Due to food poisoning this good bacteria are replaced by bad bacteria. This bacteria can cause all mentioned by you symptoms.
Now to recover from such infection, you need to restore good bacteria. To do that, you should have mild diet for few days (avoid fatty foods, fried foods, spicy foods, alcohol, coffee), and start taking probiotic 3x1. Hot tea (can be with peppermint) is also a good idea to improve bowels condition.
Such treatment should help in a few days. If not, than you should see a doctor.
Hope this will help.

Nice to hear that you are better.
When the cough is strong enough, it stimulates vomiting. So this is very normal thing. However, cough and lung pain are not normal thing even when quitting smoking. As you have been vomiting recently (due to your stomach infection), some part of this vomits could get aspirated to the lungs. If so, an inflammation of the lung could appear.
It is advisable to visit your doctor and have physical examination (check up with stethoscope) to make sure antibiotics are not necessary.
Hope this will help.

Well im sorry i will say that again,i had the little pain, and instantly i was like kindney failure lol,but then realized it was my right lung,so i started coughing to push whatever out,so i puked. But after that,i felt really good.
It is possible that gallstones pain can simulate lung pain. It gives upper right abdominal (or lower right ribs pain) which radiates to the back. Nausea is quite characteristic.
If you are really not like to go to the doctor lets try this:
- put your one hand on the lower right ribs (while laying down) and knock this hand with another hand - if this causes the pain in this area, gallstones are quite possible
- take a deep breath and see if this causes any pain or cough - if so, lungs inflammation is more possible
I really would like you to visit a doctor. It seems that it wont go away without medical help. Maybe there is a doctor who you can trust.
Regards.
If you have no pain right now and the symptoms are gone, there is nothing to worry about.
If your pain is still there, please visit a doctor and have at least physical examination.
