Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

What was the symptoms during initial stomach infection? Is there any fever, abdominal pain or pain during urination now? Frequent motion and frequent urination might suggest gastro-enteritis or urine infection. If there is no fever/pain during urination, stools does not contain blood / mucus, and he is otherwise active and playful, we need not worry much- this may get better in a couple of days. Otherwise, we might need evaluation and antibiotics accordingly. Your doctor will guide in this.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
