My wife alawys has a sore joints, tiredness, leg pain, numbness in hands and feet, nausea , high tempreture in hand and feet. Could fibromyalgia has something to do with it? Thx

Fibromyalgia is a common syndrome associated with long-term, body-wide pain and tenderness in the joints, muscles, tendons, and other soft tissues.
It can also be associated with fatigue, sleep problems, headaches, depression, and anxiety.
The numbness and nausea are not usually associated with fibromyalgia.
The symptoms that your wife is having could be due to rheumatoid arthritis, chronic fatigue syndrome, vitamin D 3 deficiency, Vitamin B 12 deficiency or hormonal imbalances like thyroid disorders.
A direct examination by an orthopedician and few investigations including blood tests and X-rays of affected joints will help in the proper diagnosis.
Meanwhile she can start taking mild pain killer like motrin and do a hot fomentation of the affected joints for pain relief. Starting with vitamin B complex supplements might help with the numbness.
