Blood test (done on 11th day of last period start)

FSH - 3.07 miU/ml
LH - 7.2mIU/ml
PRL - 18.28 ng/ml
Male (30 yrs)
Sperm and Semen analysis
Time of collection 9.20/ time of examination 10.20
Quantity - 2ml
Liquifraction - 30 min
Colour - Opaque white
PH - Alkaline
Viscosity - normal
Motality (1hr)
Active Motile - 65-70%
Sluggishly Motile - 5-10%
Non-motile - 15-20%
Morphology
PUS Cells - 3-4/hpf
RBC - Nil
Epethelial Cells - Nil
Sperms - 78 mill/ml

Male partner - routine blood tests, semen analysis and special tests if needed after you have seen a consultant
Female partner - routine blood tests, hormone profile, ultrasound pelvis, and Fallopian tube testing

the semen analysis is normal
the blood tests are usually done on day 2 /3 of the cycle
however the tests on day 11 looks normal.
you can get a fallopian tube testing done with a gynaecologist
