How To Increase Sperm Count?

My husband and I are ttrying to have a baby but I have to have a tubal reversal in order to do this. We had some tests we needed before we can proceed. My 3 day FSH was 7.4 and Estradiol was 64.1 and 10 day FSH was 7.4. My husband did his semen analysis and was under some pressures to do this since he was told to use a public restroom near the lab location. He had to use a unisex bathroom and waited in a line went in and people were knocking on the door so he did not feel he got a full sample and the results were Volume 1.3ml, Sperm Concentration 16.5 million, Sperm count 21.45 million, Ph 8.1, Time of Motility 28mins. Motility 17%, WBC none, Kruger Morphology 12%, Liquefication 25 mins. He is 42 years old and I am 33 we are newlyweds and he has fathered 4 other children in his previous marriage youngest being 9 yrs. Do we have a chance with these numbers of becoming successful and should we redo the SA Test since he started taking a fertility supplement for men to boost his numbers up?

Hi,

Lifestyle choices can lower sperm count. Erratic lifestyle, smoking, alcohol consumption, chronic diseases like heart failure, kidney failure etc, history of mumps, hormonal problems like low testosterone, some medications etc. So, to lead a decent punctual life is a mandatory for enhancing sperm quality and increasing sperm count. Avoid smoking and alcohol consumption. Avoid taking trans fatty acid and increasing polyunsaturated fatty acid and vitamin D intake with lot of green leafy vegetables and citrus enriched foods wil help to accelerate sperm. Excercising daily, proper sleep, minimizing stress, weight reduction, taking some vitamins and minerals like vitamin C, E, zinc etc will boost both sperm quality and count. FertilAid for men (FAIRHAVEN HEALTH) can be taken as a medication in this regards.

Take care. Hope I have answered your questions. Let me know if I can assist you further.
