Welcome to XXXXXXX forum.
With the available described symptoms, you are most likely suffering from acute upper respiratory tract infection with involvement of lower respiratory tract.
Presence of fever. body ache and cough suggests the diagnosis.
Shortness of breath could be due to underlying pneumonia or due to smoking induced lung damage which is also known as "Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary disease".
You should consult with XXXXXXX medicine specialist/ chest physician and should go for thorough check up.
Clinical examination is required to rule out need of bronchodilator therapy.
You should also go for complete blood count, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, sputum examination for AFB and gram's stain.
White spot in chest x XXXXXXX near heart could be calcified lymph nodes.
You should take complete antibiotic therapy, decongestants, analgesics along with muscle relaxants and cough suppressants.
You should avoid cold drinks, oily and sour food.
Perform gargles three times in a day; a glass of lukewarm water with a pinch of salt.
