What Causes Fatigue, Blurred Vision, Abdominal Pain And Negative Pregnancy Tests?

I have been experiencing fatigue, felt faint, blurred vision in my right eye, nausea, puffy hands in the morning, shortness of breath and abdominal pain for about two months now off and on. I have taken about 4 pregnancy tests, all of which are negative. I have uveitis in my right eye, but other than that i am healthy
