Get Headaches Frequently Throughout The Month. Cause?
Thanks for the query
Headache is a common daily complain and everyone has a headache at some point in time. Generally, most headaches are benign and usually related to stress, physical exertion etc.
Tension headaches are a common type of headache caused by tight muscles strain in the neck, scalp, and jaw. They are most commonly related to stress and anxiety. Generally, they appear to affect the whole head and appear as though the head was on tension.
Another common headache type is migraine which generally is on one side of the head and present with a throbbing or pounding pain, usually accompanied by visual disorders prior to onset of the headache. People with migraines generally do not tolerate noise nor light. They are generally provoke by lack of sleep or certain food like chocolate, cheese, alcohol etc, or change in daily routines etc.
Rarely, headaches may be indicative of a more severe condition including brain tumors, sinusitis, intracranial hemorrhage etc. But headaches associated to these conditions are rather persistent and may worsen over time.
You need to get some relaxation occasionally and avoid stressing up in a bit to reduce the occurrence. Having headaches occasionally is hardly a call of concern.
Hope this answers your query. If you have further query, i will be glad to help.
