As per the details produced, you are showing the symptoms of sjogren's syndrome.
This occurs due to -genetic,hormonal,infectious and immunologic factors.
Mostly shown symptoms are-

In such cases, instillation of ocular lubricants such as artificial tears containing methylcellulose has to be given for keratoconjunctivitis/dry eyes.
Dry mouth is treated with saliva substitutes.
Frequent topical fluoride application has to be done to prevent caries incidence.
Regarding the dark blood discharge from your top front teeth in the morning, may be associated with localized periodontitis due to development of periodontal pocket and bone loss.
The gums may be soft at the site and tender causing bleeding.
The hard bumps may be aroused due to accumulation of pus due to periapical infection.
A radiograph has to be done to rule out the periapical infection.
Also get your blood-sugar level, menstrual bleeding, bleeding time and clotting time checked.
If there is abscess, curettage and root canal treatment is required.
Take iron and vitamin-B supplements since you are anemic.
To improve your gingival health, brush your teeth twice daily using soft-interdental toothbrush,in back-forth,up-down motion.
Rinse your mouth after every meal.
Take nutritious XXXXXXX food and fluids to keep yourself nourished.
If gum inflammation is very severe,gingivoplasty/gingivectomy has to be done.
