Brief Answer: Common and treatable Detailed Answer: Hi, Thank you for the query. Gone through the reports. Most of the blood work was normal except for high normal total cholesterol and LDL. The Vitamin D level were lower than normal. These are commonly noticed in a 29 yr old male. It is not life threatening to treat now. Now with regard to your symptoms they fit well with chronic gastritis and the blood work that was posted here. I notice such problems with people who consume alcohol, smoke and other related nutritional deficiency. Do you take alcohol? I suggest the following: 1) A course of Proton Pump inhibitor / Ranitidine course 2) If you consume alcohol, it is right time to moderate it with not more than 30 ml per day and no binge drink please 3) Concentrate to consume unprocessed food more vegetables and fruit. Avoid root vegetables, tomato and meat. You can opt fish instead. 4) since Vit D is low you may have some muscle fatigue, I suggest to spend at least 40 min under sunlight between 10AM to 4PM. 5) Do not use over the counter analgesics 6) You can supplement the diet with over the counter multivitamin available from the local pharmacy. I am available for any missing or follow up questions.

Brief Answer: I am not worried about WBC and lymphs Detailed Answer: Hi, I am not worried about them with the above symptoms. They are just marginal. They vary haphazard. It was a good step that you stopped consuming alcohol and now it is time to replace with good and nutritious diet. Walnuts, Flax seeds, fresh and dry fruit, fish should be ideal choice for you. Dark colored vegetables enhance the immunity as they are XXXXXXX in carotenoids and flavenoids. Do you have any other worry?

Brief Answer: Chronic Gastritis and alcohol withdrawl Detailed Answer: Hi, Chronic gastritis and alcohol withdrawal are two immediate reasons that I could think of. There may be somethings which I cannot say without examining you. I believe you will regain energy soon if you follow the diet precautions and vitamin supplements. You can recoup soon. Eat small and multiple times that will ease the bloating. Good health.
