1. Do some aerobics to get relieved from stress.
2. Take some light food every 2 hr.
3. Avoid fast food.
4. Take a nutritious, balanced diet.
5. Avoid smoking and alcohol.
6. You have to take a lansoprazole 30 mg drug at morning before breakfast.
7. You can take any enzyme solution before every meal.
8. Consult with a gastroenterologist for a thorough clinical examination, ordering any investigation if required and if clinically indicates for prescribing suitable anti H pylori prophylaxis drugs.
