Can I Use Benadryl For Hay Fever?

Hi, I am taking a mixture of tablets including, Allopurinol, Balzalazide, Gliclazide, Lansoprazole and most recently lymecycline, I also take Lantus for my daibetes. I am now suffering with hay fever, can I take some Benadryl or Loratadine, or should I stick to a nose spray of some type ? Many thanks Joe
