Getting Hives Everyday. Having Rashes And Itching. Have Anti-ccp Is Positive And RF Factor Negative. Suggestions

I think you know me very well and my medical condition. I couldn't reply to your suggestions last time. Anyhow I will tell you about my very recent medical reports and my conditions.
As you know my anti-ccp is positive and RF factor negative. The blood which used to come before is subsided. But I'm getting hives everyday. I already did dewoming. The doctors in india did CT-scans on my neck and complete head and found everything was ok. They also did ultra-sonogram on my lower abdomen and said everything was fine. They performed allergy tests for cople of food items and told I have moderate allergies for okra, pineapple, cashewnuts and for two more items. I don't know what you mean by food sensitivities.
My TSH is 5.6 at that time. They also performed ESR and told it was in normal range.
As of now I am feeling much better than before. But now I had a lower-back pain.
As I told before my blood coming from my throat problem also solved almost. My feeling of having something struck also almost subsided. But I observed that there was a reduction in my tears in one of my eye and the eye doctor in India told that my right eye is secreting 15 mm and my left eye is secreting 30 mm. I told eye doctor my medical condition and he said I possibly don't have sjogren syndrome.
My endocologist in India told that I have sub-clinical hypothyroidism and she already put me in harmone replacement with a low dose.
All my tests for autoimmune diseases are ok except for Anti-CCP. I'm really concerned about it. As it is a specific marker for future Rheumatoid Arthritis , I'm somewhat concerned about it. My mother, who is in India is suffering from leg pains since couple of years. This added to my concern greatly.
Assessing my current situation and blood reports what have you seen before and now, can you tell me presence of positive- anti ccp antibodies tells that i may get the disease may be now or in the near future or ,since my anti-ccp is only marginally positive and RF factor is negative with neqative ESR and XXXXXXX profile suggests not a concern?
Also I need to add something. I used to get rashes which are itchy and really small the next day when I used to consume alcohol on my hands. And I had suffered a lot with bedbugs for over 3 years .
Your suggestions will greately help me.
I want to clarify that I used to get rashes the next day after consuming alcohol . This happened before, I mean before i stated to get chronic hives. I suspect the bugs and alcohol might have trigerred the immune response
with regards,
XXXXXXX
Thank you for your query.
1. Food Intolerance is a IgG mediated delayed onset allergy as against IgE mediated immediate hypersensitivity reaction. There are self-use kits such as Food Detective available or you may get this tested in a lab.
2. It is good to hear that the blood in sputum and other symptoms have subsided and that your RA Factor and your full XXXXXXX profile is normal. Since your Rheumatoid Factor is negative, you may not develop any problem even in the future. Since you do not have any significant symptoms, you may not require any active treatment. Your Anti CCP antibody is also mildly elevated and this also does not require any active management.
3. On 28th March 2013, Point No. 3: I had suggested that this may be sub-clinical hypothyroidism. Since your doctor has agreed, this may be a part of an auto-immune thyroiditis.
4. In Schirmer's (Tearing) test, more than 10-15 mm is normal. Sjogren's is not the only cause for decreased tear formation. It may happen with infections, immune disorders.
5. Avoidance is the first option in the treatment of allergy. Alcohol and bedbugs can be easily avoided.
I hope that I have answered your queries. If you have any further questions, I will be available to answer them.
Regards.

I'm maintaining a very strict diet. I stopped eating wheat and oats, some of my problem foods including what I am allergitic to, I stopped eating meat and also milk.
I am all the other fresh vegatables.
I stopped smoking and drinking. Its been like couple of years. My father XXXXXXX a rheumatologist in Bangalore yesterday and he told I need to start medications immediately so that I have the chances of not getting the disease even in the future by looking into my reports. My father also mentioned that currently I don't have any pains. Still he insisted to start medications. He also told my father that it is rare to get RA for young males eventhough it might be possible. He assured my father that starting treating now will significantly reduce the symptoms which might come in the future and also told that there is 50% chances of completely treating the disease .
You know about my condition completely that the rheumatologist whom my father XXXXXXX So please tell me what to do next and how to tackle this situation.
I need to know if I follow strict healthy diet with accurate sleeping and proper daily mental and physical exercises, is there any possibility that my immune system starts working immediately. Also is there any possibility that my anti-ccp levels come to normal?
I followed your advice and accordingly went to India for doing all the tests you have advised me to do,except the test for food sensitivity . It is only because of you I came to know that i might have hashmitoos. Thank you very much for everything.
sorry "i'm eating all the vegetables" i mean
I completely trust your advice and proceed accordingly.
Trust me ....
Thank you for writing back.
1. Allergen avoidance gives the best control of allergy.
2. What medication has been suggested by the Rheumatologist?
3. The anti-CCP levels should be repeated after 6 months and a year from now.
I hope that I have answered your queries. If you have any further questions, I will be available to answer them.

Thank you for writing back.
1. No, I dont think you have Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) since you do not have any pains.
2. Your lacrimal test is also normal. This may be reduced in RA.
3. There is no radiological evidence of RA. There are criteria for diagnosis. There are many other diseases which can mimic RA.
I hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions, I will be available to answer them.
Regards.
