Getting Red Bumps On Side Of Torso In A Particular Month. How To Get Rid Of This?

Question: I have a few red bumps on the sides of my torso, one on the inside of my left arm and a few here and there on my legs. They don't itch but hurt to touch. There aren't watery and look more like a mosquito bite but they can't be that and there is a red halo/circular/oval area around the bump. I am a very healthy 30 female with no other health issues. I have had this before a few times and am told each time it's chicken pox but I don't think it is.
And it has usually happened in Feb/March/April or Sept/Oct/Nov

Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing in.
Ive gone through the images.
The condition can be insect bite, petechie, vascular nevus etc.
All are benign conditions do not need any special investigation or attention.
I would also know-
Is there any itching /pain on the area?
Does it increase in size?
Is there reduction in size on pressure over it?Does it blanch?
Are there similar lesions over foot?
Are you on aspirin or similar medication?
Do you have trees/shrubs/garden around the house?
Can you upload better closeup images of the area?
Upload the photos and answer the questions and we can continue the discussion here.
Hope this helps.
I will be available for follow up.
Regards.

Is there any itching /pain on the area?
- Itching no, but it does hurt when touched or rubbed on.
Does it increase in size?
- No, today is day 2 and they are the same size or instead of bumbs they are flat red sposts and the skin is slightly raised. I do have a few new ones.
Is there reduction in size on pressure over it?Does it blanch?
- If I press on it, it turns my normal skin color and then goes back to being a red blotch or bump.
Are there similar lesions over foot?
- No, nothing on my feet.
Are you on aspirin or similar medication?
- No
Do you have trees/shrubs/garden around the house?
- Yes but they are budding right now as it is spring and I am in southern Indiana
Can you upload better closeup images of the area?
- Yes

Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for details.
The lesions appear to be bug bite or insect bite of some kind.
You need to apply aloe vera lotion or calamine lotion over the area.
Blanching of the lesions ( normal skin on pressure) indicates the same .
If you need any further clarification I will be available for follow up.
