You have developed itchy rashes that are causing you discomfort. You are suggested to take care of your hygiene, get your house cleaned, wash all clothes in hot water. Wear soft cotton clothes. To get relieve from itching and spread of rashes take non-sedating antihistamine. It should help reduce
allergic reaction. Avoid use of synthetic fabric, harsh perfumed cosmetic products and body lotions. Avoid wearing any type of jewellery, some metals trigger
skin allergy.
You can also take oat meal bath and afterwards apply a thin layer of ointment
hydrocortisone on the affected area of your skin. The symptoms should get controlled gradually, if not you are suggested to get clinically examined by a
dermatologist and get
thyroid function tests, liver function tests and hormonal tests done. You will be accordingly treated. Stay away from pollen, dust, animal dander, chemicals, fumes, poison ivy as your skin is sensitive. Avoid any food that may trigger your symptoms. Stay away from addictions if any. Do not share your toiletries.
