I've never had allergies, but 2 months ago a ring that I'd worn for 10 years started causing me an itchy rash with tiny blisters which went away every time I stopped wearing the ring. Then a week ago, a similar looking skin rash with small blisters appeared on a part of the same hand that could not be in contact with the ring, what looked like an insect bite on the other arm and one on my leg became red and itchy, and within a day these sites all developed tiny blisters, the leg one soon developed a curvy line of blisters down from what seemed to be a bite, and the arm developed a second group of small blisters where the first blister touches it when it bends. A week later they're all looking worse and a new small one appeared on my back and a third on the same arm. They itch a little but aren't painful, and look a lot like poison ivy rashes, except that the only time I could have been in contact with poison ivy was a week before the first appeared, over 2 weeks ago now. I was vaccinated against chicken pox as a child in India, so shingles should be impossible, right? I have uterine fibroids that cause me excess estrogen, and low thyroid, can this be related? What do you recommend?
