More important than MCH and MCHC is your hemoglobin level.
If your hemoglobin level is normal, then please do not worry.
Please let me know your hemoglobin level.

You should take iron supplements ( capsules / syrup ) along with vitamin C 9 capsules or sources like lemon / kiwi / strawberries / amla ).
The Ig G indicates past infection and hence immunity to any infection.
So your reports are normal regarding rubella and cytomegalovirus.
It could also indicate past vaccination.
More important is Ig M, which indicates recent and active infection, if that is normal, do not worry.

Your blood groups ( husband and wife ), viral markers, blood sugars, thyroid hormone status should be done.
Antiphospholipid antibody syndrome should be ruled out by appropriate blood tests like APA, ACA, XXXXXXX bleeding profile, ApTT test etc.
Hormonal studies ( FSH, LH, estrogen, progesterone ) should be done to evaluate that cause .
A baseline transvaginal ultrasound scan should be done.
Please do upload the reports if done, else please get them done.

HIGH ESR OF NO SIGNIFICANCE IF NO SYMPTOMS
Detailed Answer:
A high ESR means nothing in absence of any symptoms.
It is a non specific test, raised in a variety of conditions, like fever, allergy, inflammation anywhere in the body.
If you have no symptoms, a high ESR by itself means nothing.
Take care.
