L5-S1 disc prolapse

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back and uploading MRI lumbo sacral spine images.

I have reviewed the images, and it shows a disc prolapse at the level of L5-S1. This is the disc located between fifth lumbar and first sacral vertebra (bone). This is moderate to severe disc prolapse and the prolapsed disc is pressing on the nerves at that level.

This disc prolapse is likely to result in symptoms such as back pain, leg pain, tingling and numbness of legs/feet and weakness of legs/feet.
