Brief Answer:
FSH level is much lower. Need some investigation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us on Health Care Magic.

You have surgical menopause and followings are my comments regarding your test results:

1) Estradiol level - Normal. It should be less than 130 pmol/ ml after menopause.

2) FSH level - Very much low. Normal value 25-135 mIU/ ml. Some underlying conditions with low FSH are Poly cystic ovary (if preserved), hyperprolactinemia, hypopituitarism, GnRH deficiency etc. Kindly, consult with your gynecologist to proceed overall clinical examination and relevant investigation like ultrasound scan, blood prolactin level etc.

3) TSH level - Normal. It indicates normal thyroid function. It should be between 0.5-5 mIU/ L without treatment.

Hope, above information is quite helpful to you. Let me know, if you need any clarification.

Wish your good health and maintain a healthy life style.

Regards,
Dr Soumen
