Dear Ma'am,
Sorry to hear about your partner's problem. Going by your description of your symptoms, it looks as if he is suffering from severe abdominal pain. Considering that he is having repeated bowel movements, vomiting and vague aches, it looks as if he is suffering from an abdominal infection. These are symptoms of colitis and he would require antibiotics for a few days. It is best that you consult a doctor and have him evaluated and start an antibiotc at the earliest.
Till then you can give him curd and lemon water with sugar and salt, so that he does not become dehydrated.
Hoping for the best. Please feel free to clarify any other query.
