Detailed Answer:
Well your hormone specially the TSH lies outside the normal range (0.5-5.0 miliIU/L) and rest falls within line.
As you also need to understand the reason behind this some more tests (that includes your physical symptoms and some physical examination )is must to come to conclusion to which group of thyroid disorder your abnormal thyroid hormone level fits.
But you have said thyroid was detected 2 years ago (do you mean to say you also had some symptoms of Thyroid disorder?)
Not only a thorough physical exam but if some disorder is detected by physical examination (let's say thyroid enlargement called goiter) you also need to undergo appropriate laboratory tests like (Anti TPO antibody), USG or Thyroid scan to arrive at proper diagnosis before proceeding to definite treatment approach.
Depending on the result of these tests your treatment approach will differ (either a supplement dose of Thyroxine as it appears because your level of TSH or no treatment but a wait and watch policy if all test results come as normal)
Your treating physician will decide the exact course of action depending on further tests. Though you need not worry as this is an abnormality that is easily rectifiable.
with best wishes
