Hi,
Welcome and thanks FOR YOUR QUERY TO XXXXXXX
Plenty of pus cells in urine means infection in the urinary tract . It is not related to sexual transmission.
You need to give a sample of urine for culture to choose the appropriate antibiotic to clear the infection.
However, sexually transmitted diseases need to be ruled out.
For this, Kindly watch your organ daily at bath/showers to look for
1. any ulcer.
2. Urethral discharge - especially milky.
Kindly contact your doc.if any of these develops. Also in addition, other STD need to be ruled out and you need tests to rule out hepatitis and HIV.
Hope this answers your query. Kindly get back for doubts if any---
