Your symptoms are suggestive of hyperthyroidism or increased thyroid hormone levels. To help you better, please oblige by answering the following questions:
a. What is your height and weight?
b. Do you have lot of perspiration and intolerance to heat.
c. Is there any swelling in front of neck which may be nodule in thyroid?
d. I would also like to know do you have tremors or shaky hands, prominent eyes.
e. Do you have any palpitations?
f. What makes you think you have a slow metabolism?
We would need to so a serum Free TSH level, free Thyroxine and Thyronine level to rule out hyperthyroidism. Other issues like immunity etc can be sorted out with a healthy balanced diet. Take 5-6 servings of fruits and vegetables, a high protein diet and plenty of water.
Awaiting your reply. Depending on that, we can decide who is the specialist you need to see.

Thanks for the providing the necessary details.
As you have low heat tolerance, perspiration and palpitation and other symptoms I strongly suspect you may be suffering with a thyroid problem. In addition, you also may need investigations to rule out anemia.
I urge you to consult a physician or an endocrinologist. He/she can guide you through the necessary test such as complete blood count, routine blood sugar and thyroid function test (TSH, Free T4 and T3 levels).
Please get a check up and let us know the reports. I would be available for comments based on the reports of the test.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you have other concerns.
