Question: my daughter just had a blood clot come out of her pee hole she usually gets blood clots just a flow of blood in the pee she had symptoms since monday but no blood then today there was a blood clot could it be that the blood couldnt pass through and now is

Welcome to XXXXXXX and thanks for your query.
Blood clot is suggestive of severe urinary tract infection.
She needs urine culture test and a course of appropriate antibiotics.
An ultrasound scan is needed to look for any underlying cause.
Also, general measures that prevent recurrent infections are
1. Plenty of oral fluids.
2. Cranberry juice.
3. Emptying the bladder at bed time.
4. Low dose antibiotics for about three months.

she was on bactrim before do you think that would be strong enough for severe urinary tract infection

It is a good antibiotic.
If the urine culture tests suggests that bactrim is effective, it can be taken.
