Have Anemia. Took Medicine. Feeling Breathlessness, Weakness And Flu Like Symptoms. Any Ideas?

Thank you for your query.
Kindly answer some of my questions.
1. What are your current haemoglobin and ferritin levels?
2. What is your current T3, T4 and TSH levels (thyroid function)?
3. What is your blood sugar level?
4. Do you take alcohol or smoke? Do you do drugs?
Anaemia can cause weakness, irritability, poor appetite and fainting spells. Sinusitis and flu are incidental - you need not worry about them.
If you have hypothyroidism and have stopped medications; then you might have such symptoms.
Diabetes can cause all these problems as well.
As the other investigations are normal it doesn't seem to be a major problem in any of your major systems.
The only three systems that can cause such problems are haematological, endocrine and hormonal conditions.
Kindly let me know the results of the investigations I have mentioned. I am sure I can guide you better.
Awaiting your reply...
Regards
