Have Constant Sciatic Leg Pain And Weird Rash On Shine. What To Do?
Question: Hi, I have constant sciatic leg pain& this weird rash on my shine that doesn't itch

The sciatic leg pain is most commonly caused by sciatic nerve compression. An MRI of the lower back will help in detecting the exact cause. The treatment includes, rest, pain killers, local steroid injections and physical therapy and exercises.
In case these treatment options do not help then surgical treatment is considered.
A non itchy persistent rash on your XXXXXXX can be due to eczema or allergic dermatitis.
A direct examination by a dermatologist is the best way to get it diagnosed. Most of such rashes improve on avoiding irritant substances and applying 1% hydrocortisone ointment locally. In case it is persistent then prescription drugs are needed after a physical examination.
