Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Your enlarged liver most probably is due to fatty liver. It happens when the liver accumulates the fat. This process leads to liver cirrhosis when last long enough. Fatty liver is reversible process, cirrhosis is not.
To stop this process you should avoid fatty foods, alcohol intake and do not overdose medicines like pain killers. You should also have cholesterol and triglycerides level checked and if high, statins should be prescribed by your doctor. You can take Heptar as well, it should help.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
