Hello,
Thanks for the query and related photographs.
As per now it is looking like shingles or vasculitis. The third possibility is a fungal infection.
I would like to know the following things to give a closer diagnosis.
1. You have got these lesions for the first time or keep getting them?
2. Is there any pain in the leg?
3. Is it present on both legs ?
4. Are you taking any medication now for any other disease?
Please answer the above so I can help you better.
Waiting for your response.
Thank you

Hello, thanks for your response
This is the first occurence and there is no pain and very little itching sensation-almost none. There is two spots that I hadn't noticed before on the outside ankle area of my other leg, the lager of those two feels flat but dry to the touch, like the surface of a scab. While the original one I saw on the other leg (close up) feels raised and bumpy a bit, but softer to the touch.2 of other 3 on the pictured leg are softer and one has the dryer, scabby feel.
I am taking only zolpidem as needed at night.
Thank you

Hello,
Thanks for the follow up and a detailed history.
Now I can safely rule out shingles.
As there is no pain even vasculitis can be ruled out.
It appears like a simple bacterial infection.
Please apply an anti bacterial cream like nadifloxacin,
This will give you relief within a week.
Let me know if you have any other doubt.
Thank you.
