Have Had ECG Done. What Does Result Iterpret?

Question: Can someone interpret the ECG for me in the attachment please? I cant read this.

The report reads "Sinus Rhythm with Late transition"

The ECG is normal, the sinus rhythm is the normal rhythm of the heart pump.

Late transition means that the reading has transferred from positive to negative axes slowly and this can be due to mildly misplaced electrodes. But this is not clinically relevant.
