Hallucination can occur in Parkinson disease. It can also be seen in other dementia disorders.
Treatment of underlying disease can control such symptoms.
More severe hallucinations may need treatment with antipsychotics.

we found out she has an enfection in the urinary track. would this cause it. she has been told she has the symptom of parkinson disease track

Thanks for reply.
Urinary tract infection can cause delirium during febrile episodes and in septicemia.But hallucinations is not a feature of urinary tract infection.
Drugs that can be used in parkinsons disease are levodopd ,carbidopd,MAO inhibitors etc.
