Question: i have a headache, and running nose and fever for the last 24 hours. can you pl suggest some medicine?

The symptoms you described seems to be secondary to upper respiratory infection. Since the symptoms are just under 24 hour duration, it is too early to predict the nature of infection and the right treatment. However if the fever is of low grade, viral flu is most likely.
If your symptoms are due to viral flu, it will resolve spontaneously in the next 48 to 72 hours. Drink plenty of water and take tablet Dolo 650mg four times a day for the next couple of days. Steam inhalation three times a day along with antihistamines like cetrizine at night can be helpful.
However if the current fever is high grade, then I would recommend you see a doctor and rule out bacterial infections.
