Hello,

Thanks for posting your query on Health Care Magic.

An imbalance between two shoulder has many reasons.
It can be due to weakness of the muscles around the shoulder joint, neurological illness, arthritis, etc.
Whether you require exercise for this problem can only be decided after a clinical examination.
Is it associated with pain? If associated with pain, arthritis can be present due to inflammation of the joint secondary to infection. Infection can be due to bacteria, virus, and other infectious agents.
Immunological diseases also causes arthritis.

So, consult an orthopedician for clinical examination, relevant investigations, and management.

If you have more queries, I will be glad to answer.
