Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have indwelling catheter in your Urethra and wish to masturbate.It would be very risky to masturbate as the friction of the catheter while masturbating may injure the mucosal lining of the urethra and may result in getting bleeding,infection and later on formation of a stricture.So please refrain from doing it .
