Hi,
You seem to be suffering from urticaria.

I would like to know if there was a
Recent illness (eg, fever, sore throat, cough, , vomiting, diarrhea, headache)
Recent use of Medication
Travel
Foods (eg, shellfish, fish, eggs, cheese, chocolate, nuts, berries, tomatoes)
New perfumes, hair dyes, detergents, lotions, creams, or clothes
Exposure to new pets, dust, chemicals, or plants
Sun or cold exposure
Exercise

Answering these questions would help me in assisting you better.

I spent around an hour yesterday to figure out these bumps which appears randomly from an itch and I believe it to be 'Hives'

Hi XXXXXXX
Sometimes acute urticaria develops without any preceding cause.

To treat the same, you may begin with
Tablet cetirizine twice in a day irrespective of onset of itch or hives ie you have to take these tablets even if you do not develop a rash or itch on a particular day
Calamine lotion to soothe the itch.

The medicines need to be continued for a week and later on can be tapered as per the response.
