Actually, it is a consequence of surgical treatment. Homeopathy does have good treatment in such case.
As per the query you mentioned only about hearing loss. If you can tell me, is there any wheezing sound felt by you or any allied symptom?
You can start with following medicine (for hearing loss only)
1 Arnica 10 M, 2 drops/6 pills in every 10 day (made in Germany)
2 Hypericum 10 M, 2 drops/6 pills in every 10 day (made in Germany)
3 Thiosinamine 3X Trituration 6 Grain twice in a day
Continue the medicine for 90 days
It will take some time for improvement, so have patience.

Where would I find the medicines. I live in Canada. As per wheeziness I do get out of breath and sinuses and eustachion tube problems as I can hear my own voice very loud when talking and everyone complains that I speak very softly softly. The drop are to be taken by mouth.

There is slight change in potency. I have prescribed 'M' potency but you seem to have 'CH' potency.
Besides that liquid medicines are not spray - they are in dilution form (make sure spray is not mention there)
If you have got the same medicine (brand name boiron) take 2-3 drops on the tongue twice in a day each dilution with a gap of 15 min and then 6 pills of arnica and silicea on the tongue - two times in a day.
Meanwhile try to get thiosinamine in 3X potency if possible - that will work much better and faster. 200ch potency may take some longer time.
But if you are not able to find the specified medications, you may continue with the ones you got now.
