Since how long are you having this problem? Where exactly are you having this?
Are there any other associated complaints? Is there any associated nausea or vomiting?

Pain in right lower abdomen could be because of several causes. One of them could be colitis. Your eating out might have resulted in infection there and resulting in this problem. Do you have any loose stool, blood, or mucus in stool etc? Antibiotics will help in such scenario.

Another cause for pain in lower right abdomen is appendicitis. Your mentioning, "I can’t suck in my stomach it only allows me to go but do far XXXXXXX suggests me of this. Appendicitis is an emergency and you should rush to emergency.

Another probability could be urinary infection. But here the pain will be in the lower central part of the abdomen. It is associated with burning urination, frequency of urination, urgency etc.

After ruling out XXXXXXX causes of pain in the right lower abdomen, your doctor may prescribe antispasmodics for relief of pain and order further investigations.
