hi,
welcome to health care magic,
Pain in the chest is the classic symptom of heart attack. But not all heart attacks cause chest pain, and chest pain can stem from ailments that have nothing to do with the heart.
Heart-related chest pain is often centered under the breastbone, perhaps a little to the left of center. The pain has been likened to an uncomfortable sensation of pressure, squeezing, or fullness.
The discomfort usually lasts for more than a few minutes or goes away and comes back.
so pain can come and go few times in a week or within a day also.
if pain is there first you need to under go to ECG , to rule out heart attack.
thank you.

hi
it can not be said how vitals and ecg would be , because each patient has different presentation , depending on the severity and other comorbidities.
