You seem to be having chronic furunculosis.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, it seems that you might be having chronic furunculosis. It is common in certain conditions and you need to be fully investigated.
You should get following investigations done :-
1. Blood sugar(as the condition is common in diabetics).
2. Complete Blood Count(CBC).
3. Culture/Sensitivity of pus discharge from these furuncles(will help in knowing the appropriate antibiotic).
They are also commonly seen in obese. So if you are obese, try to reduce your weight.
You should also get yourself clinically examined and if necessary, the big sized ones should be incised by a medical professional under aseptic conditions.
Antibiotics will help in curing the infection but only the appropriate antibiotic should be taken(as per the culture and sensitivity reports).
Also take care of your personal hygiene.
I hope this is helpful to you.
If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Thanks.

Hi,
Thanks for providing more information.
After reading your reply I would advise you that you should continue with the medicines prescribed by your doctor.
It is seen that such furuncles are more common in oily skin. You can use medicated soaps for bathing.
Also avoid too much of non-veg in your diet. (as per the diet you have mentioned you are taking non-veg both in lunch and dinner).
You can consult a dietician for you complete diet plan.
If the problem persists, get yourself clinically examined by a Dermatologist.
I hope this answers your query. If you have any further doubts, please mention.

Hi,
Thanks for providing more information.
I will take your points one by one.
1. You should avoid masala. Excess salt is also not healthy.
2. Excess sweet also contribute for recurrent infection.
3. You should be moderate in sex.
4. You should follow natural sleeping patterns. Try to sleep by 11 pm and should get up by 6-7 am. Sleep does not affect in development of boils but body metabolism is affected leading to other diseases.
5. Avoid any type of smoking. This will not affect your furuncles directly but should be avoided as it is harmful to body in different other ways.
6. Going to gym is good. But you should prefer a gym with hygienic conditions. Unhygienic environment can result in infection of hair follicles.
7. Removal of body hairs by regular shaving/waxing, etc can result in furuncles, if not done by clean and aseptic procedures.
8.Dark eye circles can be due to improper sleep patterns or due to deficiency in healthy diet.
9. If you are taking protein XXXXXXX diet, you should drink lots of water daily.
In a nutshell, try to lead a healthy and natural life.
I hope this answers your query. If you have any further doubts, please mention.
Thanks.
