Question: I have red blotches on my feet shins and inner thighs. Do not itch. Are not raised. Cause no pain.?

I would be greatly helped by a more detailed description of the symptoms as well any photo of the rash if you can upload here.

Could you mention when it started, is it painful?
Is it spreading? What is the size of lesion?
Any info on any illness you have, any medications you may be on etc?

There are number of causes and hence need description.
