You need to understand the dynamics of the disease.
There are specific lab investigation to show the presence of inflammation
If you do
1. ESR. It will be raised.
2. C reactive protein. It will also be raised.
Your doctor had done all the investigation relevant to your complaints and has not found anything organic.
In this situation we can only conclude that these symptoms are Intestinal and extraintestinal manifestation of Crohn's.
There inflammation is not mentioned in the context of infection.
There the inflammation is to the deeper structure like ulcerative colitis in the intestine.
This will be evident if you do a Colonoscopy and biopsy of the intestinal tissue.
The abdominal cramps may be due to Ulcerative Colitis.
Consult with your doctor in this regard.
