Have Swollen, Black And Painful Testicle. How To Treat This?

Question: My left testicle is swollen, black and i have an occasional pain
Hi,
Thanks for your query.
Testicular pain and swelling are always cause of concern because of potential consequences (loss of fertility, infection, etc). It is of utmost importance for you to be seen by a urologist, who can perform a physical examination and sort out the most common causes of testicular pain and swelling: infection, torsion, tumors, inflammation or enlargement of veins (varicocele). Usually, a testicular ultrasound is performed as well.
Hope this is useful. Wish you the best health,
