Hi,

It is possible that antibiotics can cause changes in the bacterial balance in your body, which can sometimes lead to the development of a white discharge. However, it is important to note that many different factors can contribute to the development of a white discharge, and it is not always related to antibiotic use.

In your case, since you have a history of epididymitis, the white discharge you are experiencing may be related to your underlying condition rather than the antibiotics themselves. Epididymitis is a condition that can cause inflammation and infection in the epididymis, which can sometimes lead to the development of a discharge.

It is important to speak with your healthcare provider about any new symptoms you are experiencing, including the white discharge. They can help determine the underlying cause of your symptoms and recommend the appropriate treatment. Depending on the cause of your discharge, your healthcare provider may recommend additional testing, such as a urine or semen analysis, to help diagnose the underlying condition.

In general, it is important to follow your healthcare provider's instructions for taking your antibiotics and to complete the full course of treatment even if your symptoms improve. This can help prevent the development of antibiotic-resistant bacteria and ensure that your infection is fully treated.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
