Have Tingly Feet, Hands And Legs, Headache And Nauseous. Weak And Unsteady With Light Head And Painful Neck

I have had tingly feet, hands and legs for months, on and off, and often get a tight constricting feeling in bands around my lower legs. Sometimes I walk in a strange clumsy way, feeling weak and unsteady. Other times I am completely fine and can cycle a few miles no problem. However, for the past two weeks I have had a persistent light-headed feeling, unpleasant, and a stiff and painful neck. My eyes feel as if they can't quite focus, as if there is a film across them, and most days I get headaches and sometimes feel just a little nauseaous. . Any ideas? I'm 48, have lived with what I thought to be ME for several years but I am now wondering if it is something else - MS? Or a neurological thing? I get tired a lot, suddenly needing to sleep.
I forgot to add, with the lightheadedness I feel a stuffy head and ears too.
Sorry to hear about your problem. From the symptoms you have described, it looks like you are suffering from a spinal problem. It is not multiple sclerosis but looks like herniated discs in the cervical and lumbar regions which are leading to these symptoms.
Cervical spondylosis (herniated discs) leads to spasm in the neck/ pain in the arm and hands and symptoms of light headedness/ dizziness. It can be a very discomforting symptom and gets better with regular physiotherapy and some cases even require surgery. The magnitude of the problem can only be assessed by a MRI.
Lumbar disc problems can lead to pain in the legs and the constricting feeling you are describing. This can also be assessed by the same MRI and requires pretty much the same treatment.
My advise would be to get a spinal MRI done and XXXXXXX an orthopedic surgeon or a neurologist with the report.
Hoping for the best. Please feel free to clarify any other query.
