Suggest Treatment For Leg Pain Due To Lumbar Spondylosis
Hello, I am Abhishek Kothari, 25 Yr old, 172 cm height, 68 Kg weight. I have lumbar spondylosis from last 2 year, and I have pain in my left leg. Some orthopaedic suggest need to go for operation and some suggest physical excercise will cure. I am not sure what to do. I did physiotherapy for a short time before and was no luck. Can you suggest what should i do or opt for ?. Going for operation can have negative impact ? as I am just 25 yr old and negative impact will be then for my rest of the life. Please Please suggest . Thank You
You can try physical exercise for 2 months and if there is no improvement then you should consider surgery.

Hi,
Leg pain due to lumber spondylitis can be managed by physiotherapy but if find no relief with that therapy. You should go for surgery. But considering your age a regular physio exercises and to look after spinal health for avoiding trouble in future.
